Google earth

The great advantage of Google Earth (and related geobrowsing technologies) is that
it provides a uniform base upon which to visualize any data with a geospatial component,
which allows immediate comparison of data from disparate sources. Special application
to generate Keyhole Markup Language (KML) files was developed for spatial metadata
screening.
To view metadata with Google Earth:
- If you didn't install Google Earth — download Google Earth Free or Google Earth
Pro
- Click on
to launch Google Earth and download KML file
- You can click on the Google Earth placemark 'Station' to view metadata
KML files are available for earch cruise.
